Rates below are relevant to the usage of the entire apartment for four people

 
*Season A: March, April, May, Oct., Nov. 
*Season B : June , Sept.
*Season C : July

*Season D: August

Prices include a weekly change of bed linens and towels                
Extra change of bed linens or towels € 10,00                
Check-in time 4 p.m., checkout time 10 a.m.                
Changeover days are flexible seasons A-B with a minimum stay of 3 nights, season C minimum stay 7 nights from Sarturday to Saturday                
No charge for children under the age of 4 if they sleep in the same room as adults                
Surcharge for a cot/crib € 10.00/day                
Pets not allowed                
                
Cancellation Policy:                
From the 30th to the 15th day before the arrival penalty of 50% on the total amount                
From the 14th to the 8th day before the arrival penalty of 100% on the total amount                
From the13th before the arrival penalty of 100% on the total amount                
No show or early departure penality 100%
